Happy November! November to me is the official kickoff to the holiday season. One of the best parts about the holiday season is all the yummy goodies and treats!
Every year I make my favorite pumpkin recipe: pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. I have been eating these muffins since 3rd grade. *Shoutout to Marion in my 3rd grade class who brought these in for her birthday and I begged my mom to ask her mom for the recipe. Ever since then my mom and I have been baking these glorious little muffins any chance we can get.
These muffins are moist, chocolatey and the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor.
I love baking these on a cool crisp day because they make your house warm and cozy and they smell so yummy. Enjoy these muffins with a tall glass of cold milk, or a hot coffee and you have the perfect treat!
