Happy November! November to me is the official kickoff to the holiday season. One of the best parts about the holiday season is all the yummy goodies and treats!
This muffin recipe is by far my favorite treat to bake. I have been eating these muffins since 3rd grade. *Shoutout to Marion in my 3rd grade class who brought these in for her birthday and I begged my mom to ask her mom for the recipe. Ever since then my mom and I have been baking these glorious little muffins any chance we can get.
These muffins quickly turned into everyone’s favorites whenever we would bake them. From my college roommates (yes Taylor I’m talking about you!) to even now my fiancé. I quickly gained the reputation as the muffin girl because who doesn’t love a little goodie?
I love baking these on a cool crisp day because they make your house warm and cozy and they smell so yummy. Enjoy these muffins with a tall glass of cold milk, or a hot coffee and you have the perfect treat!

Happy baking!

The muffins are really good Brittany! I like your web site. I have one to share, oatmeal pancakes.
1/2 c. Regular oatmeal
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
Mix all in ninja blender
Optional: a tad of oat or almond milk, vanilla, berries, bananas.
Fry with spray oil or butter, on low-medium slowly, takes a little while to cook. Top with real maple syrup. Sue 💕. You can share if you like.
