Dare I say I feel like Oprah sharing “Britt’s Favorite Things”, but who cares!
I wanted to put together a few of my favorite gifts I have received, and my tried and true products I love and use on the daily. These would all make such good gift ideas for any lady in your life (Mom, friend, sister, etc), or if you are looking to add a few things to your own Christmas wish list.
90% of these things are pink, but really that shouldn’t be a surprise at this point. But yes most of these things come in other colors for my non-pink lovers. So without without further ado, let’s get to Britt’s Favorite Things
1. Champagne Flute
I said I use these products all the time, and I am not lying when I say these are my go to champagne flutes. Y’all know I love a reason to celebrate, even if that means celebrating that it is a Tuesday. Crate and Barrel glasses are my favorite and I love the sleek look of these flutes. These would make an amazing gift for any champagne lover!
2. Capri Blue Candle
I know in my past gift guides I say that a candle isn’t the best gift during the holidays, BUTTTT if you are getting a candle, the Capri Blue one is the way to go. It is the best smelling candle EVER! They are a bit pricier which makes it a nice gift because this is a candle you won’t necessarily buy yourself, so it makes a great gift.
3. Laneige Lip Mask
When I say I use this stuff at least three times a day is no joke. After the shower, during the day, and before bed I am putting on this lip mask. It makes your lips feel so good, especially now that winter is here and you your lips are all chapped and crusty. I just recently got the vanilla flavor for winter, and am loving it, but the original berry flavor is a safe bet too.
4. Mabelline Superstar Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick
My HOLY GRAIL lipstick! I wear this stuff every day. I have probably 10 shades, and always looking for more. Seductress and Ringleader are my faves, but I will be grabbing Innovator more and more since it is the perfect holiday red. For the price, this stuff is so good. I swear if you don’t wipe it off at the end of the night, it will still be on the next morning. It seriously lasts all day!
5. Nickel and Suede Earrings
When I say that I have never gotten more compliments on a pair of earrings than mine from Nickel and Suede. Also including my mom (she gets multiple compliments every time she wears hers too)! This woman owned small business makes the most chic, and lightest earrings I have ever put in my ears. I love a statement earring, but sometimes they are just so heavy. 6. Quay Sunglasses
Quay Australia is hands down my go to sunglasses brand. They have cute styles, great quality, and a ton of sales. Some of their style are super big, but I just read the details, or look at the pictures with models to gauge how they will look on my face. But these sunnies are very sturdy and I have never had a pair break on me.
7. Kate Spade Card Holder
It is pretty clear that Kate Spade is one of my favorite designers. I love their brand, what they stand for, and all of their fun designs. I was gifted one of their card holders a couple years ago, and it has turned into something that I am constantly grabbing. This is great for night outs when you don’t want to bring along your heavy wallet. It fits perfect in clutches, or if you have a belt bag. Super convenient and a nice gift for a coworker or boss even!
8. Slate Board
My friends call me the queen of charcuterie boards, and a good charcuterie boards starts with a good foundation. This Crate and Barrel slate board is one of the best. It comes in so many sizes, but the black really makes whatever you are putting on the board pop. It is great quality!
9. Benefit Blush/Highlighter
I am no makeup guru, but I do have a few products that are my ride or die. One being the blush and highlighter from Benefit. I actually bought this exact palette a couple months ago and I love it! This would make a great gift because it is holiday themed, but it has 2 blushes and 1 highlighter. The blushes are great for the winter months, and their highlighter is just always *chef kiss. I will be gifting this to all my friends this holiday season!
10. Dancing Queen Poster
I have worked really hard and turning my new condo into an oasis, and to me means filling it fun and bright pieces that match my personality. If you know me, you know that I am a HUGE Abba fan and that Mamma Mia is one of my favorites. I know all of the words and it is always my request to any DJ anywhere. I think this print is so fun and embodies everything that I am. It would be a cute gift for any other dancing queen fan too.
11. Brutmate Hopsulator Slim
We have a long time to think about boat days, but there is nothing like getting a head start? Brutmate is a company that makes insulated koozies for any can, bottle, or anything. I swear it keeps your drink cold FOREVER. I like the slim one for skinny cans like seltzers, or Michelob Ultra (my go to light beer). This would make a great gift for anyone in your life really. I also like the wine bottle insulators, champagne flutes, or high ball glasses. They really have something for every preference.
12. Kate Spade Stud Earrings
Another Kate Spade pick has made the list (can you tell they are my dream brand to work with!?). I have gifted these stud earrings for years and they are such a staple in my accessories. They come in a ton of colors, and I think they truly are the perfect stud. You can dress them up or down, and they are a great price point for designer jewelry.
13. Draper James PJ Set
I have the biggest girl crush on Reese Witherspoon, and I want every single item at Draper James. But one thing that I recently discovered are how freaking soft their pajamas are. They feel like butter and the prints are super cute. I think that PJs are a great gift option because people rarely buy a nice set of pajamas for themselves, but always appreciate a nice pair of pajamas.
14. Dolce Vita Cowboy Boot
Cowboy boots have been everywhere this season! This sparkle pair is subtle enough, but still perfect if you have a Nashville trip planned in 2023. These again are something that someone might not buy for themselves, but would love as a gift. Plus the holidays are the perfect time to add some sparkle to your wardrobe.
15. Beauty Fridge
I got one of these for Christmas last year, and it was the thing I didn’t know i needed. This little fridge sits right on my bathroom counter and holds all of my serums, eye cream, masks, and jade roller. I just feel fancy when I have my products cool, and it feels so good on your face. There is no better feeling than cool eye masks on a sunday morning. This is a great, unique gift!
