Happy September! For me, Labor Day is the official end of summer. Which is sad because I love everything that summer entails, but it is time to make the switch into autumn.
One of my favorite things about fall fashion is boots! In the fall months I wear boots probably 80% of the time, the rest is probably sneakers. There are so many different kinds of boots for the fall season, I decided to put together a bunch of my favorite kinds!

Animal Print
Animal print is EVERYWHERE and it doesn’t just stop at clothing items. I love adding animal print to my footwear. Y’all know I love my snakeskin booties, but I think I need all of these in my closest. I love adding animal print boots to a basic outfit to spruce it up.
Ankle Booties
Most likely my favorite kind of fall boot. You can wear an ankle bootie with just about any outfit. You can wear booties with jeans, dresses, skirts, shorts, and leggings. I love booties in neutrals and all sorts of fun colors, patterns, and prints.
Western
Western booties are very popular for the fall season. I think the added textures and styles of these boots are fun. You can wear a pair of western boots with any look too! The little details are my favorite part about a western style boot.
Over The Knee
I love a good OTK boot, especially when the temperatures start to cool down. I love pairing OTK boots with dresses and skirts. However, wearing with a pair of leggings or skinny jeans look great as well. I just purchased these tan ones, and I cannot wait to style them! However, I think these maroon ones are calling my name.
Combat
I guess everything makes a comeback right?! The last time I was wearing combat boots I was dancing in a fraternity basement. But combat boots are making the official comeback. With all sorts of different styles, I might have to get myself a pair for the upcoming fall season.
Rain Boots
You can’t avoid the chilly rainy days that come during the autumn season. But that doesn’t mean your outfit needs to suffer. I love brightening up a gloomy rainy day with some fun rain boots. You can still dress cute when it rains.
