By now you have probably heard how excited I am for mashed potatoes and stuffing next Thursday. Those are both by far my favorite Thanksgiving foods. I am all about the sides. Now nothing is wrong with the main event (gobble gobble), I just am really all for the tasty sides. Besides mashed potatoes and stuffing we got sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, the rolls, cranberry sauce, and my favorite casserole – corn casserole.
The corn casserole has been my role to make for Thanksgiving for about 5 years now. I have mastered it, and it is quite tasty. It is actually also the easiest casserole you can make for Thanksgiving. There are only 5 ingredients. Also legend has it that corn bread makes your butt bigger, so let’s all stock up on corn bread this Thanksgiving!
