Britt’s April Picks – Wyckwood House

04.14.22Fashion4

It is slowly starting to feel like spring! Which means all the florals, pastels, and dresses and skirts. Each month I pick 5 of my favorite items at one of my favorite boutiques Wyckwood House to share with all of y’all!

Wyckwood House is located in Downtown Aurora and Downtown Wheaton – as well as online!

You can use code BRITT15 for 15% off your order in-store and online.

With April in full swing, we are hoping that spring is here for good! No more cold weather Mother Nature.

You can find all of my monthly picks on the Wyckwood House website here!

1. Evelyn One Shoulder

Can we talk about this STUNNING dress!!?! This one immediately came home with me. It is just gorgeous and the fit is a 10/10. I am in the TTS Medium. It is a soft material, cinches at the waist, has a slit and the one shoulder is just so elegant. You can wear this to a shower, date night, any event or if you just want to dress up! The zebra print is subtle enough and the neutrals make this dress just a 10/10 in my book!

2. High Waisted Cocktail Pants

I LOVE a fun pant, and these pants hit every check mark. Fun print, check! The fit is great, check! The perfect crop length, check! Comfy, check! I can keep going and going. They zip up the back, and they fit TTS, I am in a medium. I styled it with The Sandy Bralette and I love how it looks together. You could also style these with a body suit, lightweight sweater, tee, or just about anything! They could easily be dressed down with a pair of sneakers too!

3. Harper Romper

I saw this romper on the hanger, and immediately knew it had to be included in my monthly picks. Not only is it a beautiful shade of hot pink, I am a sucker for a good romper! It has a tie front, and an open back making it a little sassy. The fit is great, I am in my TTS Medium. The shorts are not too tight nor too short and the v neck isn’t super low either. Would be great for date night, or vacation!

4. Hang Loose Black Shorts

I know how HARD it can be to find a good pair of denim shorts. Once I put these on, I knew they were too good to know tell y’all about! They are the softest denim, they have a paper bag waist, which is just so flattering, they are not super tight (I usually size up in my denim shorts), and your booty doesn’t hang out. What else could you possible want in a denim short?

I paired it with the adorable Nova Knit Tank. It is thick enough to wear now while we transition into warmer weather. The detailing is amazing, and you can style it so many different ways!

5. Meredith Maxi Dress

If you have a vacation coming up you NEED this dress! I repeat you NEED this dress! It is possibly the softest material of a dress I have ever felt. The fit is amazing (I am in the small), the color is stunning, and it is just perfection. The lace detailing is just gorgeous! The straps are adjustable and the length is ideal. I am 5’3″ and I can wear it with heels or flats.

Which of my April picks is YOUR favorite!?!
