Friday is National Avocado Day! I love myself a good avocado. Not only are they extremely healthy for you, but they are so versatile.
I used to think avocados were only for toast or guacamole, but I have recently been incorporating them more and more in unique ways in my cooking.
I pulled together 12 avocado recipes that aren’t toast or guac.
