Music City – full of country music, hot chicken and toe tapping. Nashville is one of my favorite cities in the country! There are so many things to do, it makes for the perfect weekend trip. However, you can only handle so much of the craziness of Broadway. The Bachelorette parties, the tractor party buses, the crowds – don’t get me wrong a trip to Nashville isn’t complete without a day on Broadway, but there is so much else that this city has to offer.
Here are 20 things to do in Nashville that aren’t on Broadway!

Champagne Jello Shots at White Limozeen at the Graduate Hotel
We all know that I am on the hunt to check out every pink hotel on earth, so a stop at the Graduate was a must! The rooftop of the hotel is home to Dolly Parton’s bar White Limozeen! You are greeted with over the top pink wallpaper, pink velvet couches, and pink pool umbrellas! We kicked off our Nashville weekend with champagne jello shots and Dolly themed cocktails!
Whiskey Tasting at Standard Proof Whiskey Co
I am not a whiskey gal, but after White Limousine, it was Michael’s turn to have some fun. This spot is SO COOL! It is dark, moody, and just oozes cool. The staff was awesome, and I even liked my blackberry whiskey mule. They offer tastings and cocktail making classes too!
Eat Burgers at The Pharmacy
If you are craving a burger, then head to East Nashville to The Pharmacy. The spot itself is super cool, with a massive Biergarten and patio, to their indoors which gives off old school vibes. But the food is the star! You can BYOB and put as much as you want on it. I am an aioli girlie, and their garden aioli was one of the best I have ever eaten! Wash down your burger with a traditional German beer of hand spun milkshake.
