17 Fall Cocktails To Sip On This Season

10.20.22Brews & Bites7

It’s time to put away the rosé (see you next June) and retire those spritzy spiked seltzers you’ve been drinking all summer. Fall is here, and with it, a new set of cocktails to warm you up from the inside out.

As you honor the seasons changing, don’t forget to dress your drinks properly, too. Add some cider to your sangria, some apple to your martini, and some pumpkin spice to your hot chocolate. These fall cocktails will brighten your fall gatherings warm your last outdoor dinner parties, and sweeten the glow of your nights by the fire. With one of these in your hand, you’ll welcome fall with open arms.

Here are 17 fall cocktails to sip on this season!

Apple Cider Moscow Mule

My personal favorite fall cocktail! Super easy to make and so yummy!

Recipe: Yields 1

  • Add ice to a copper mug
  • 2 ounces caramel vodka
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Top with ginger beer
  • Garnish with apple and cinnamon sticks

Sleepy Hollow Cocktail

Mix pomegranate juice with tequila, bitters, cinnamon, rosemary-infused orange honey simple syrup and top it off with sparkling water and a smoking sprig of rosemary to create this Halloween-ready brew. (via Half-Baked Harvest)

Vampire Kiss Cocktail

It’s simple to make and perfectly sweet and tart. Just like Edward Cullen. (via Bits and Bites Blog)

Pear Nectar and Thyme Mimosa

Simply trade in your orange juice for pear nectar and top with some thyme for a unique potion that will have your guests hooked. (via The Glitter Guide)

Boozy Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate

I like to celebrate all the possible ways to add pumpkin to your drinks. (via Minimalist Baker)

Cranberry Cobbler Smash

It’s ideal for Thanksgiving, but tasty enough that I’m not waiting for November to make one. (via How Sweets Eats)

Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini

Espresso martinis are everywhere, why not make it fall and make it pumpkin spice? An adult PSL? Yes please! (Via Crowded Kitchen)

Apple Pie Moon Shine Hot Toddy

Five minutes is all it takes to whip up this warming cocktail that uses apple pie moonshine. (via Barley & Sage)

Caramel Apple Martini Recipe

The ingredients are truly easy — apple schnapps, butterscotch schnapps, Bailey’s, and milk. Simply delicious, are we right? (via HGTV)

Sparkling Fig Cocktail

Made with fresh figs, vodka, and Champagne, this sparkling cocktail is a refreshing nod to harvest season. And can we talk about how pretty it is!? (via Barley & Sage)

Brandy Apple Cider Slush

Mix frozen apple cider with brandy and top it off with hard apple cider (or sparkling water) for a frozen fall cocktail. I don’t know about y’all, but I love me a frozen drink! (via Culinary Hill)

Vanilla Chai White Russian

A chai tea simple syrup made with chai tea, honey, and vanilla extract is added to a classic white Russian for an autumnal spiced cocktail. (via Half-Baked Harvest)

Pumpkin Spice Kentucky Mule

It’s called a Kentucky mule because it’s made with bourbon instead of vodka. (But don’t skip the pumpkin butter or copper mugs). (Via So Much Food)

Apple Cider Sangria

The perfect Friendsgiving cocktail! Make a pitcher beforehand and you are all set! (ia A Cookie Named Desire)

Spiced Apple Margarita

It’s as easy to make and easy to drink as the original. Swap the silver tequila for reposado, which is slightly aged, and add cider with the lime juice to fall-ify it. (via Cookie + Kate)

Caramel Apple Old Fashioned

Something I might be able to get on board with. If you want your drink to be less sweet, just add more whiskey. (via Home Sweet Eats)

Apple Cider Prosecco Spritz

The Aperol spritz of the autumn. When in doubt: add bubbles. (via Home Sweet Eats)

Which one are you most excited to try this fall!?
