15 Spring Cocktails To Sip On

04.10.23Brews & Bites6

It’s time to start shedding your layers of winter wear and hit your internal defrost button with a refreshing, spring-inspired cocktail.

Spring is the ultimate seasonal refresh, and I am a firm believer that the cocktails we drink should absolutely match that. And there’s nothing that wakes up our taste buds more than the flavors of spring: lemons and limes, blueberries, and strawberries.

So grab your cocktail shakers, and let’s get to it!

Easy Rosé Spritzer Recipe

This easy to make bubbly cocktail makes for a perfect refreshing spring drink. It has a subtle floral flavor that is perfect for warm afternoons. This is an easy drink to make for parties too! (via Salt & Lavender)

Green Tea Sangria

Sweetened with honey, this sangria is everything you want in a sangria. It even boasts metabolism-boosting properties thanks to the addition of green tea. Healthy cocktail? YES, PLEASE. (via Brewing Happiness)

Prickly Pear Margaritas

Not only do the bright colors in this marg remind me of one of my favorite flowers, it will taste just as good as it looks. Prickly pear is one of my all time favorite cocktail flavors, so I will definitely be making this one this spring! (via Brit + Co)

Lavender Lemon Drop

This sounds like the perfect tea party cocktail. Lavender always feel fancy so I will be mixing it into all my cocktails this season. Put it in a pretty glass and garnish with fresh lavender, and you are all set! (via Emily Fabulous)

The Spring Buzz

If you are a classic hot toddy fan, this cool twist on it is the spring cocktail for you. Who knew whiskey paired so well with honey, freshly steeped chamomile tea, and elderflower liqueur. (via Broma Bakery)

Spiked Sparkling Basil Lemonade

Basil-infused vodka? Sign me up. I love a basil cocktail! This brings out the sweetness of the herb and turns the spirit a vibrant green. (via Delish)

Raspberry Hibiscus Cocktail

This drink just looks pretty! I want to throw a fun brunch and make this cocktail, and go out with the edible flowers even. Spring is all about romanticizing your life and this drink is the perfect way to do it. Plus I just love myself anything pink! (via A Paige Of Positivity)

Lavender French 75

I am a French 75 girlie through and through and I knew I had to find a fun springtime twist on it. Hello add lavender to anything and it automatically makes it more spring! Excited to try this one while sitting on my patio as the evenings warm up. (via A Communal Table)

Blood Orange Cocktails

Anything blood orange just seems fancy. I don’t know what it is, but I love adding blood oranges when I want to really elevate something. But for me the ginger mint simple syrup sold me on this cocktail. It sounds so refreshing! (via The Home Cook’s Kitchen)

Pink Lemonade Cocktail

There are few things in life that beat a cold glass of pink lemonade, but an adult version just might about do it! Surprisingly this recipe doesn’t have an ounce of lemonade, but it looks delicious! Also this website shows you how to make edible flower ice cubes, and I immediately will be making them! (via A Classic Twist)

Blueberry Lemonade Margaritas

Staying on the lemonade kick, this margarita sounds delicious. Blueberries are a super star in spring, so I plan to use them as much as I can! Of course just add tequila. The blueberry simple syrup could be used in so many other things too: over your yogurt, in iced tea, ice cream, anything! (via Delish)

Strawberry Shortcake Mimosas

If there are one of these drinks that I am making this spring it is hands down, 100% this one! Strawberry shortcake is one of my favorite desserts, and to make it into a mimosa is just simply brilliant! If you want to come over for these mimosas please let me know! (via Delish)

Mint Julep

A spring cocktail round up wouldn’t be complete without a mint julep. The Kentucky Derby is the first weekend in May, and this is the signature drink. Personally I am more of a fan of the Oak’s Lilly, but the mint julep is quite famous! Try this one out while you watch the ponies! (via Pioneer Woman)

Raspberry Peach Champagne Cocktail

Just about anything with bubbles make me happy. Sweet, bubbly and full of fresh, fruity flavors, this is the perfect cocktail to serve at a Mother’s Day brunch or any special occasion. Combining all the sweet flavors of spring, this cocktail is sure to please anyone! (via A Tipsy Giraffe)

Blackberry Cucumber Gin Spritzers

One berry that I feel like is often overlooked is the blackberry. I personally love them and think they are great in cocktails! If you are looking for a not too overly sweet libation to sip on, this one is for you. It pairs so beautifully with the mint, cucumber, and blackberry syrup. (via Spices In My DNA)

What spring cocktail are you going to mix up this new season??
